I am attempting to submit a help ticket but cannot find where to do so on Box's website anywhere. I need technical support with my organization's enterprise purchase of Box...

Did you ever figure this out, it seems there is NOT ONE PLACE to contact box


 


I can't seem to find this either.  Glad I am on trial, this is not useful only to have support docs, not the service for me, sadly


I am on a trial....thinking about quitting. Cannot submit a ticket and cannot upgrade...LOL. What is going on at Box.com?? 


Trying to upgrade to business & asked to submit a ticket.

No option to submit a ticket. Seriously flawed process here. 

 

Please tell me what needs to be done. Thanks 


Same problem as above. Can anyone shed any light on what to do?
